If I had to pick one form of exercise, I would pick
whole body weight training
over HIIT, but the best way forward is to do both form of exercise.

weight and even more importantly — nearly 7 %

It's not that hard, but please don't start and stop restrictive diets that ban or heavily reduce
whole food groups because once you return to normal eating or old eating patterns when «the diet is
over» the
weight will simply return, and you could find your
body fat percentage is higher than before!
