How should one progress at
weight training, and when should this progression take
place?
We
placed our five portable steppers in our
training facility — two in the actual
training room and three in the rehab area in the
weight room.
Endurance
training is typically something that will end up losing your
weight, but a majority of it will be muscle which you likely never wanted to lose in the first
place.
Strength
training, whether performing traditional
weight lifting exercises like a dead lift, plyometric exercises like box jumps, or simply body -
weight exercises such as pull - ups and abdominal crunches, all have their
place in most exercise regimes.

training to lose
weight, gain mass, or to complete your first marathon, this is the
