Can you lose
weight working out 6 days a week alternating strength training with cardio?
I did it and I feel great to say I did it but this really is a no joke body
weight work out.
My biggest problem with any free
weight work out is: i can't squat.
I just read an article that said I should burn an extra 773 calories in a day after a high - intensity
weight work out!
In other words, you are lifting more total
weight each work out.
for example: do a regular
weight work out and then finish with the strength # 1 rope and kettle bell workout.

I was gaining

weight simply as he hasn't taken it
out of himself getting to 147 and can keep the
work rate up.
