While I do like lace, I do not like the
weird lace detail on this one and the print itself was a little
too wildly
colored for me.
I think I'll need to get a lipstick brush to apply this one because the shape is a little
weird and the
color is
too intense to mess up.
It's the perfect
color for our brows and all the others are
too dark and look
weird.
As we talk about men's casual wear there is an image of that typical two three designs of shalwar kameez and kurtas which are so common not only designs but
colors too and when it comes to contrasts and combinations that becomes even more
weird when we go shopping.
Just yesterday I
too took the «pink plunge» and bought a light pink linen cropped jacket that was half off the original price; figured like you that I should play it safe before committing to this alien
color that looks so
weird hanging next to all my somber -
colored clothing.

But is has some questionable elements: an interior that fits way
too tight; an interior that has a design similar to the lowest of Honda offerings (the prominent parking brake button is the same as in the Honda HR - V); an interior that is as bright as a coal mine - even with the
color accents; sticker run - up with
weird and over priced carbon fiber options; a cup holder than is less effective than a 911's though doesn't exhibit the effort of Porsche; no room for anything more than your wallet (the front compartment is filled with electrics / electronics).
I actually used to have a page in my notebook for writing them down, but I quit making it when it started to get
too weird to read: when besides the normal things like the toilet backed up again, or they called to say they were turning off the electricity, there were things like she lost the ticket stub from some hippie concert twenty years ago where she met the guy she should have married but never saw again, or the
color of the dryer lint made her remember a sweater she once had when she was an exchange student in Belgium, back when she thought she would become an archaeologist when she grew up, but now she was only someone who worked in a deli and sometimes did catering and couldn't even say one sentence in Flemish anymore.
Sure, I have all the obvious tabs: Author bio, appearances, book news, links to blogs, excerpts / readings and «what's new», but what I really need is to focus on what additional elements that truly add value to my readers (and yes, I also know I need to update my news / appearances
too...) As a reader I know I enjoy websites that are beautifully designed, visually appealing, easy to read (no
weird fonts or jarring
colors) and which offer lots of value added information that keep me coming back.
Perhaps one pup is
too quiet, or has a
weird unexpected marking or
color, or perhaps two puppies seem to be the runts of the litter, etc..
If it's
too creative with lots of tables, columns,
weird fonts, different
colors, etc., it may not scan well.
I loved that I could add pops of
color and quirky elements without it being
too weird.
