I used this Heart - Shaped Silicone Mold from Wilton, but if you can't get your hands on it before the big day, I think it would work really
well in a cupcake pan too.

Butter, brown sugar and chopped pecans
in the bottom of
cupcakes pans topped with the
BEST homemade roll dough that had cinnamon and sugar and raisins wrapped inside.
Put
cupcake paper
in 12 - cup muffin
pan (or
well greased with melted butter or non stick spray).
I was thinking that maybe a picture of the batter before it goes
in to the
cupcake pan might help some of us feel a little
better about some of the differences we don't know to expect with paleo style recipes.
I baked it
in a round silicone
pan that I have, not sure the exact size... and it actually came out
better than my
cupcakes, which kind of stuck to my
pan because I don't have
cupcake liners (i thought the sillcone would be
good enough, and I greased with some butter...).
Spoon batter into
cupcake pan, about half full, Bake
in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes until
well risen and golden brown or a cake tester comes out clean.
You can fill the
wells of the
cupcake pan the day prior and wrap
in plastic wrap for fresh cooking the day of the party.
I also baked it
in my donut
pan to create 6 large donuts — though I do think the
best application is as
cupcakes — but don't my Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Donuts look fabulous!?
