on standard foods....
On reflection I have to say it was my own fault as going all out to master such a hard core bodyweight exercise at the same time as pushing my body so hard for the record and
restricting my
diet was probably a bridge to far and I should know
better but I do have a drive and enthusiasm that is hard to control sometimes.
And what I realized is that my body feels
good when I eat a lot of vegetables, when I eat lean proteins, and the other thing that I — that I told myself is like no more
restricting because I would go
on a
diet, the bad kind of
diet, and I would say, «Okay, I can't eat this.

on a low carb, high fat, modest protein
diet.
In desperation, we think it's
best to keep her
on a self devised
restricted «elimination
diet» for a few days / week until things hopefully settle down.
