good enough replacement.
Nothing
better than a new curry recipe to try out now that it's getting cold (I usually do a
coconut shrimp with cilantro,
so the vegetarian and spinach would be a nice change)
For the last year or
so I've ditched all conventional moisturizers in favour of

We made them today with my girls; everything that comes from this site is called by my daughters «van Elsa»,
so these «Elsa cookies» were really
good (with some little changes: we didn't bake them
so I added some extra
coconut flour, and we used mango in place of passion fruit, but they were really delicious and we enjoyed making them).
I've not tried this with veg stock, however it's the
coconut milk which works
so well with the tomatoes to create the
best mix of flavours and consistency!
They're sliced thinly and then sautéed fresh thyme, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and then stirred through with natural (
coconut yoghurt) to create a rich, creamy mix that absorbs
so well onto crusty sourdough bread.

I've used curry powder and

so I knew the flavors would still work
