You are right that Gochujang is enough for flavoring this dish, but we are both so in love
with the
kimchi flavor and texture that we have been adding it as
well.
Fingers crossed... I love Japanese eggplant pickles the

As
well as regularly - changing vibrant salads and signatures such as the restaurant's Aloo Scotch Egg
with Spiced Tomato Ketchup, dishes available at the moment include Japanese Miso - Roasted Aubergine (Dengaku Nasu), BBQ Seitan «Ribs», Courgette Ribbons and Feta; Eritrean Mango and Cucumber; Napa

The spicy flavor of
kimchi makes it a natural filling for quesadillas and a
good contrast

Microbial imbalances (when the bad bacteria outnumber the
good) have been associated
with heightened inflammation and increased risk of various diseases, but probiotic foods like sauerkraut and

This can include a
good - quality probiotic supplement along
with regular intake of fermented foods, such as

In addition to raw liver, I prepare the shakes
with fermented vegetables like sauerkraut or

Because I love Korean food, and also had an inkling that cauliflower's strong flavor would play
well with other bold ingredients, I got to work coming up
with a version that paired the grated cruciferous vegetable
with kimchi, soy sauce, scallions, sesame seeds, and a runny - yolked poached egg.
We want to make sure we're loading up on probiotic - rich foods (which help to proliferate that
good gut bacteria) such as sauerkraut,
kimchi, kombucha, miso paste, tempeh, kefir, along
with prebiotic foods (which help to feed that
good gut bacteria) such as onions, garlic, banana, apple, asparagus and dandelion greens.
This includes pickles, yoghurt,
kimchi and sauerkraut which will mix
best with prebiotics that fuel your probiotics journey on their way through the body.
Throw on some
Kimchi for a
good crunch and avocado
with physalis for extra nutrients.
My focus here, though, was incorporating some fermented foods for
good gut health so I went
with a fresh, tart and umami experience by adding
kimchi to the rolls and making a dipping sauce
with miso: both of which are excellent sources of probiotics.
