We had company over for
dinner and I was telling them
about your recipe and thought I would just
go ahead and whip it up.
Made this for my husband's late birthday
dinner last night and he's still
going on
about how delicious it was.

go to side dish for those nights when the last thing you want to think
about is «What's For
Dinner».
I'm sure you're confused
about the meaty pasta dish in the picture above since I've been
going on and on
about vegetarian
dinners and working out.
I don't know
about you, but Kevin and I hate to
go out to
dinner on actual day; it's crowded, you always have to wait even if you made reservations a month in advance, often there are set menus and generally the service isn't great.
This made me just laugh out loud because I just had a conversation with a friend last night
about how she has officially declared it «fall» and she will no longer be wearing shorts, only pants, sweats, long sleeve shirts, and hoodies: — RRB - She made me
dinner last night so I think this might be the perfect payback to
go with her fall theme at the moment!

about Butternut Squash and Apple Bake, is this: As the squash and juicy apple chunks bake in the cinnamon - spicy sauce, the house is filled with a delicious «Welcome Home» aroma that says, «

● Melt butter in hot milk ● Add to yeast mixture ● Add flour 1 cup at a time until comes away from sides of the bowl ● Knead until soft and smooth ● Let sit (it says 5 - 6 minutes but I left it for 15 minutes ● Shape dough by forming a 12X8 rectagle and fold / roll and pinch the dough up on it's self lengthwise ● Butter and sprinkle cornmeal on a cookie sheet ● Place dough on sheet let double (I left mine for
about 2 hours since I
went to
dinner but the directions say 50 - 60 minutes, but more times means more air which I like) ● Bake in preheated oven at 425F for 30 - 40 minutes.
Yesterday was
about as homespun as they
go;) Ate breakfast at home,
went to church, came home for leftovers,
went to an open house, took Maggie to the park, made some fun food items, cleaned the house, worked on laundry, switched summer — > fall / winter clothes, and made
dinner!
Granted, we often make bacon to
go with our whole wheat waffles so I'm not
going to pretend that when we do breakfast for
dinner it's all
about eating healthy.
So when Jacob's Creek approached me
about having MasterChef Australia's 2012 winner Andy Allen over for an #OurTable
dinner with Jacob Creek's wines I decided the relaxed approach was the only way to
