I went vegetarian at 240 #.
Unfortunately, none of them were at vegetarian establishments, and all of them took place after
I went vegetarian at age 13.
Going vegetarian at age 10 and and vegan at age 18, I eat copious amounts of fruits and vegetables; I've been nicknamed the family «rabbit.»

I will definitely be
going through your archives looking for satisfying and creative
vegetarian meals, which I've been struggling
at coming up with on my own.
For the sake of my own sanity, and to avoid eating out during the week, I need
at least a couple of
go - to quick and easy meals in my back pocket, and I'm happy to report this Two - Bean
Vegetarian Mexican Lasagna is now one of them.

Like all my soups (except of course chicken soup, beef borscht, fish soup etc: Soups that have meat of fish
at their central theme), my butternut squash soup is totally and naturally
vegetarian, has lots of flavors
going for it and needs no help from any stock or broth to be delicious.
I'm a recent

going strong) and my favourite dish is ratatouille

Because I'm a
vegetarian we eat a lot dal, rice and one veg but I've recently acquired Fushcia Dunlop's Every Grain of Rice — Simple Chinese Home Cooking and I've become mildly obsessed with the frugal simplicity of much of Chinese home cooking so we are
going on a bit of tofu and Chinese vegetables bender
at the moment.
We don't typically eat

I am not a vegan, but because my wife is a
vegetarian I cook
vegetarian at home, I still eat meat when we
go out, but now
at home we eat about 90 % vegan due to this book.
Here
at home, we try not to consume meat regularly - in fact I was a
vegetarian for years - and am currently thinking about
going back to being a veg!

went vegetarian, initially motivated by ethics.
Now I
go and eat out
at a restaurant —
vegetarian Indian Dosa — or and Italian pasta with red sauce — but I know all of these have added oil.
At the dinner party I
went to, there were also two other people who didn't eat turkey as they are
Vegetarian.
So I
went from size 24 to size 8 and I maintain
at size 16, with regular exercise and a nutrient - dense
vegetarian whole foods diet that I enjoy.

At first I wasn't sure about joining, because I didn't know how a program that was
going to remove my pastas, breads, and other carbs was

at least 50)... so they put me back on iron pills and b pills... and a multivitamin... i am mostly
vegetarian female endurance athlete... so this nutrition issue definitely contributed to my overtraining... I am feeling hugely much better after three months of resting... walking is getting easier
at longer distances... I may start doing steady state stuff for 15mn
at a time... nutritionally my body was in the hole... and it may take longer still to recover... but
at least now I feel normal most of the time... and all tests have been normal...
I
went vegan 2 years ago after being
vegetarian for almost 20 years,
at the same time I cut right down on my use of olive oil and other concentrated vege fats after reading Dr Essenden's book about avoiding heart attacks.
So any folks out there suffering from high blood pressure and hesitating whether to try a plant based diet I can confirm it's true that
going vegan (or
at least
vegetarian) really helps lower your BP.
Although todays post is dedicated to my vegans... there's no doubt that ALL vegans, carnivores, and
