Dip each slice of bread into the
wet mixture, giving it just enough time to absorb the
liquid, but not enough time to become soggy (the length necessary will depend on your bread).
If at the end you'd like the
mixture to be more
wet, rather than dry, feel free to add more broth and cook until the
liquid is just heated.
Then pour all the
liquid into the flour & butter
mixture and use a wooden spoon to combine the
wet and dry ingredients into a dough.
If the
mixture is slightly
wet, continue to cook until the
liquid dissolves.
(also just 1/4 cup or 2 - 3 tablespoons powdered stevia OR about 6 drops of
liquid stevia put into the
wet mixture.
Add more pasta
liquid as needed to create a slightly creamy (but not overly
wet)
mixture.
While the butter was in very small bits (the flour
mixture looks like
wet - ish sand) when I added the
liquid it was way too much.
Simply
wet any of these cloths with warm water or a homemade
mixture — you can find recipes online (most use water, a little
liquid soap, and sometimes a drop or two of essential oil).
If the
mixture is too
wet, add more coconut flour as needed, 1 Tbsp at a time, waiting slightly between additions (this will give the coconut flour time to absorb the
liquid and you can have a better gauge whether ore is needed or not).
