Having recently immersed myself in an Ayurvedic detox program, called «panchakarma» in Sanskrit (or «punch your karma» in Texas - speak), I had time to consider
what Ayurveda is and isn't.
And that's
what Ayurveda will tell you because Ayurveda has this very ancient wisdom.
The more I learned about Ayurveda the more I saw that that's
what Ayurveda said as well.
Like
what Ayurveda was saying 5,000 years ago that we think a lot of times with our heart, they're now proving it with science, and there's so many amazing tests that show that we're actually thinking with our heart.
