Injustice: Gods Among Us gets a lot right: it's a positive step in the right direction from both MK VS DC and Mortal Kombat, attempting to forge something new with a little help from
what NetherRealm has offered in the past.

The hardcore fgc is super niche and has been dying off for awhile now so it was smart of

what they've been doing since mortal kombat 9 because now they have a headstart on everyone else and have positioned themselves beautifully for the future.

During the presentation, Senior Producer at
NetherRealm Studios Hans Lo, walked myself, Joel and a few other people through
what we can expect from MKX at launch.
It was another step forward in single player storylines which was soon to become the developer's calling card (
NetherRealm Studios) and as strange as it is, MKDC could be considered the early testing of
what would eventually become the Injustice series.
Patches and General Zod aren't the only thing being offered today by
NetherRealm studios as five pieces of DLC is available as well along with news of
what's to come.
As of yet there's precious little info about
what characters will be in the game (though
NetherRealm does promise «a massive roster of DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains»), but we do know that one of the big hooks for it will be a system that allows you to fully customize your characters.
