To understand

SIBO, first we must understand how our body prevents it.
It seems like maybe — I don't know
what it is, but it definitely seems like a minority of people who can't tolerate the lactobacillus strains who have
SIBO.
From
what I've seen, it depends on the type of bacteria that's overgrown in
SIBO.
What happens in
SIBO is that you get too many of the good guys in the small intestine, so an imbalance occurs.
SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) is actually exactly
what it sounds like — bacteria are living in your small intestine that shouldn't be there.
