what it needs to be in order for weight loss to happen (most important) and all 3 nutrients (protein, fat and carbs) still remain somewhere inside or fairly close to their daily recommended
ranges, it is perfectly fine to make some adjustments like this to fit your personal preferences.

what fits today was 1507 i think cause i'm not that big i might need be lower end but i'm also doing a atkins plan so its like half based atkins so my carbs stay 20 under but since its my own creation of it having it like 10 so far as high at the moment and keeping my self occupied to keep mind off food and depressing state
I wasn't really thinking when and
what I ate was the reason I have to stick to 1200kcals or I gain weight: if I eat 1800kcals my weight veers on the overweight
range, if I stick to 1200kcals I manage to maintain a BMI of 20 and that for my weight of 58kilos (height 170 cm) just seems that daily
calorie amount is quite low.
Can you give me an estimate of my

what you follow is not a ketogenic diet - your fat intake is too low (50 - 55 %) and I think your
calorie intake is too low considering your active lifestyle (especially in case of Crossfit) and especially considering the lower numbers or the
ranges you have mentioned.
What this essentially does is catalogs and quantifies your day, and if you let it, it will give you data
ranging from your
calories and step count, to even how much time you've spent socializing, watching tv, and more.
