what containers I use whenever I meal prep so I'm sharing with you the following containers I love and use often.

Well, I didn't research it a whole lot to find out
what is the «real» way to make it BUT
what I did was
use about 6oz of cultured buttermilk from the store and added it to 3 cups of raw milk that was souring anyway and let it set out on the counter for 24 hours in an airtight
container.
So as not to contaminate your seasoning with raw meat, always pour out
what you'll
use for the steak into a separate
container before
using.
This means no dumping
what you don't
use into another
container (less dirty dishes) or even worse — wasting it!
I made the extra bechamel and
used straight broccoli instead of raab, because that's
what the CSA gave us, and in a tacky move, I subbed cottage cheese for the mozzarella because I had half a
container leftover from something.

used a Ghiradelli powder that said it was processed with alkali (which is
what Dutch process cocoa is) even though it doesn't directly say Dutch processed on the

I
use masking tape to label food with the date so I know how long it's been hanging out in there, but since all the
containers are clear, I find that I am less apt to forget about

use an airtight
container and have not had this problem, but based on
what you're describing I would
use something that is semi-airtight.
