The one thing that impressed me was the ability in the settings menu to establish

We started Author Earnings.com because we want authors to have visual insights into

what the price would be to buy the whole collection again for Kindle, or just to buy them all now, if I were starting from scratch.
A publisher friend of mine assures me that trad publishers still get greater visibility for their books in
ebook stores (unless it hits the Amazon top 100) and you only have to look at
what pops up when you go anywhere and you can see the truth in that.
What if those same
stores react by dropping royalty rates (I know I wouldn't be making a living on
ebook sales alone if Amazon suddenly decided to give indie authors 20 % instead of 70 %)?
My indie
ebooks are listed on my Square
store, so you can go there to order those books from me, with the added bonus of specifying
what format of book you want.

I did exactly
what you outlined a few months ago with an old
ebook from a site I gave up on and the Kindle
store has made more money off it than I ever did selling it on Clickbank.

While some readers may balk at the fact that it takes nearly as much time to download as it takes to read the piece, it clearly demonstrates the author's tech - minded appreciation for

Now that the initial crisis has subsided and the market share has leveled off, it's a good time to assess
what's in
store for
ebooks — and especially for libraries and other intermediaries, such as bookstores — in 2016 and beyond.
It's basically the device Amazon hopes will do for music, movies, and apps
what the original line of Kindle
eBook readers has done for Amazon's digital book
store.
There's a lot of talk about how there's more competition in the Kindle
Store and elsewhere these days — more independent authors publishing and also more Big 6 backlist books being put out in
ebook form, but if you can cultivate a fan base that enjoys your work and will try a lot of
what you write, then you can do this for a living, providing you're able to publish regularly and keep getting more stuff out there for readers to consume.
The Kobo
store has different options with the new Kobo Glo, and we show you

Obviously, the publishers are not happy with the sweeping changes in

ebooks and mobile phone apps are different enough that one can't apply the conclusions from the app
