I know that was a lot of info - and like I said
food prep is different for everyone and this is just
what it looks like for me.
If you truly are
what you eat, why not make sure your plates, bowls and tupperware - packed, meal -
prepped lunches and snacks contain the
foods that work with and for your body.

What to consider Your outdoor kitchen can be as modest as a grill cart on casters or as elaborate as a fully outfitted «room» with built - in seating and storage, electric, gas and water service, multiple
food prep surfaces, a sink and specialty appliances.
Naturally, I try to practice
what I preach and even though my house isn't on the market (yet), it just makes me feel good to walk into a kitchen where there is actually room on the counters to
prep — even if the goal when entering the room isn't to actually do anything that remotely looks like
food prep.
We also have been debating
what style island to put here but for today we use our current island for
food prepping and storing all the things I need to grab easily (i.e. onions, garlic, potatoes, sugar, a toaster of course etc).
