Get off the field and give the ball back to the O which is still very
good despite
what anyone has to say about
coaching.
But, I also expect a
coaching staff to be able to see
what is working and
what isn't, as
well as who is succeeding in doing
what they are asked to do and who isn't, and to then combine that information into finding the
best combination of personnel and gameplan to allow us to put players on the field with the
best chance of succeeding in doing
what they are asked to do.
On gameday, it is on the
coaches to do
what they can to put those players in the
best position to have success.
