what kind of veggies or herbs to ingest that'll fight the toxins in breast milk or clean them?

Today, the sandwich chain's customers pick up a pre-printed brown paper bag and mark it with a red Sharpie, specifying the type
of bread they want,
what kind of cheese,
veggies, dressing and so on.
I am amazed at how similar it tastes to the traditional style with pasta noodles, although I haven't had this
kind of dish in a REALLY long time b / c
of being vegan and gluten free, so my memory could be a little foggy But from
what I can remember, this recipe was even better, and I love that you sub the zucchini noodles for the pasta noodles to get an even bigger dose
of veggies in this dish!
Although I've always made homemade pizzas, my approach to topping them is usually a «whatever» one, based on
what veggies and herbs I have in the garden,
what kind of cheese I happen to have in the fridge, and
what sort
of leftovers need using up.
You can check out the salad bar, see
what kinds of foods they are serving and — I think most elementary schools try to have volunteers there to help the kids make smarter choices and encourage the fruits and
veggies; at least this is
what my daughter's school told me - and you can see
what the set - up is like.
These pizzas didn't look anything like
what you'd get at a pizza parlour, they were
kind of like giant open - faced amazing sandwiches with crusty bread and layers
of meat, garlic and
veggies.
And for anyone listening to this, and — you know — when you hear the word Paleo,
what we're trying to talk about is
kind of ancestral way
of eating, typically, cutting out inflammatory foods, cutting out foods that are high in toxins and try to really increase nutrient density, so, typically, healthy meats, lots
of good
veggies — you know — the — the — the right amount
of fruits and starch and carbs for you and — You know — I — I tend to use the term Paleo template because we can really adjust in the macronutrients.
