When you put up an example chart could you put
what time frames the chart is in or dosen't it matter?

Remember, the higher the
time frame the higher the probability of the setup, I wake up in the morning and preempt
what is going to happen, or
what I think will happen by drawing important levels on my
charts and making notes.
Thanks again for your good advice, for impatient people like myself, that always are wondering
what's going on, in the lower
chart time frames, it has been an «Aha» trading moment, in which I become to understood that the toll that looking and trading in the lower
chart time frames is taking on my health and trading account, are not worthy.
The forex market has such high daily trading volume, that the lower
time frame charts contain
what market technicians refer to as «noise».
When I talk about «End - of - Day» trading strategies,
what I am basically talking about is trading based on the daily
chart time frame.
You are much better off learning to trade the daily
charts so that you can see
what all the market movement resulted in each day, rather than trying to analyze and make sense out of each little tick of the lower
time frames....
There really is a lot to learn from these two books and much of
what they discuss is relevant to the style of trading we practice here at Learn To Trade The Market, i.e., position / swing trading on higher
time frame charts.
The
chart provides some idea of
what time frame you should consider to reach the «long run» in value investing.
Your statements that «price action is price action no matter
what time frame is NOT correct» The significance / weight» of the daily
time frame signals are far superior to the 1 hour or 5 minute
chart.
A valid set up results in a valid trade on
what ever the
time frame the
chart is.
By eliminating a lot of the «noise» you get on the lower
time frames, the daily
chart makes it much easier to discern
what is favorable and
what is not.
What is nice is that forex using a micro account allows us small traders to get it started trading the higher
time frames i.e. 4, 8, 24 hour
charts.
Higher
time frame charts contain a more accurate and meaningful view of
what is taking place in a market.
