does nt apply... it works mainly because it controls calories and for some people, helps them achieve calorie deficit better than other diets... when folks show up here and suggest «i
was in a calorie deficit but wasnt losing» or «
exercise does nt work» thats when we cant help but grimace... or chuckle...
So
what I
did was just different
types of exercises (I called them Yoga inspired
exercises, since they weren't explosive) that
were held in Isometric contraction.
No matter
what type of abdominal
exercise you
do, you should feel the contraction in your abs muscles because that
is when they work.
There
is little evidence to suggest that the benefits
of the blood
type diet
are truly related to your blood
type (rather than an awareness
of what you
're eating and how you
exercise), but that
does not discount the fact that this diet has impacted some people positively.
What type of exercise you
do is up to you, a combination
of some resistance training to maintain muscle mass and some aerobic
exercise to get your heart working harder and pumping some oxygen full blood around the body
is probably the best advice, but keep in mind anything from gardening to dancing
is better than no
exercise at all.

do simply because the more fun you have

of adrenal fatigue, you can kinda wean yourself back into
doing basic workouts within 4 - 8 weeks and when I say basic workouts,
what I'll usually start with
is I'll take someone from just
doing like the yoga, mobility, easy nature walk, stuff like that, and I will take for example, one
of those easy nature walks and I'll start having folks stop and
do some rock lifts and log lifts, maybe some pushups, some kinda fitness exploring
type of work that still doesn't send your body to that stressful structured running from a lion
exercise message but allows you to begin to stretch your muscles and joints and heart rate and cardiovascular system a little bit.
The answers to the above will help with knowing
what type of exercises you need to
do, how often and how you
are going to stay motivated.
An
exercise routine may feel time consuming — but no matter
what type of workout you choose, or how busy your schedule
is, it
's critical that you don't skip warming up before your workout, or cooling down afterwards.
Combining the two training
types into your routine
is how you can get the best
of both worlds, but
