So now you know why you must have a stretching program, but do you now
what type of stretching to do and when to do it?

No matter
what type of exercise you choose, be sure to
stretch; a good warm - up and cool - down give your body time to adjust to the temperature and avoid injury.
What they found was those who used a variety
of training methods, including strength, cardio,
stretching, and intervals, in combination with a diet high in protein lost more weight and belly fat and gained more muscle than those who did only one
type of training.
It is also true that after static passive
stretching your coordination is temporarily reduced, your heart rate and respiratory system slows down (The complete opposite
of what you want your warm up to achieve) and instead
of increasing your readiness for physical exertion this

of a cool down.
But you combine a lot
of that stuff with you know, basic movement protocols and generally, if you're not into deep state
of adrenal fatigue, you can kinda wean yourself back into doing basic workouts within 4 - 8 weeks and when I say basic workouts,
what I'll usually start with is I'll take someone from just doing like the yoga, mobility, easy nature walk, stuff like that, and I will take for example, one
of those easy nature walks and I'll start having folks stop and do some rock lifts and log lifts, maybe some pushups, some kinda fitness exploring
type of work that still doesn't send your body to that stressful structured running from a lion exercise message but allows you to begin to
stretch your muscles and joints and heart rate and cardiovascular system a little bit.

It's not ugly by any
stretch either and for most people who buy this
type of car they are less worried about
what it looks like rather than
what it can do.
