Plus I'm not afraid of healthy amounts of natural fats and I know
calories are bogus for measuring the
value of a food, so I'm okay with either my spouse's amazing bean burgers or
whatever fakefurters has the most whole - food ingredients.
As long as we keep our
calorie intake at around the recommended daily
values of 2000 for women and 2500 for men, and get a good mix of nutrients, surely we can eat
whatever we like?
