You can make your own dairy - free milk with almonds, coconut, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, pecan, walnuts, cashews, or
whatever other nut or seed you like.
Add poppy seeds, almonds and
whatever other nuts use choose, continuously stirring until pita is crunchy and nuts are toasted and fragrant.
All you need is a handful of pitted dates, some raw cashews, and
whatever other nuts and seeds your heart desires.

One of the things I love about granola is that it is a tasty and easy way to use up
whatever nuts / seeds / flours you have from
other projects.
You certainly don't have to use apricot kernel butter in these cookies — almond, cashew, peanut, or any
other nut butter would be just as delicious — so feel free to use
whatever you have on hand.
The top layer is a mix of
whatever nuts and seeds you like, I used a blend of pumpkin seeds, mixed
other seeds, dessicated coconut, popped quinoa and a cheeky drizzle of dark chocolate for good measure, but this is optional.
I've made a few variations on these, so feel free to sub / add in
whatever ingredients you have on hand, I'm sure they would work equally well with any
other nut / seed pulps,
nut butters, dried fruits or powders and can be rolled in any combination of super-foods.
You can top it with
whatever you want though, you can try making a crumble or topping it with
other nuts and / or seeds.
The relatively simple concoction is then ready for
whatever toppings you have on - hand: more banana,
other fruit, homemade vegan granola, toasted
nuts or seeds, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
Switch it up with the additions in these, I love
nuts in my brownies but
other nice additions might be dried berries, coconut, cacao nibs, coconut whipped cream, fresh mint and pretty much
whatever else you can dream up.
Add
other salad ingredients like cheese, cherry tomato, pomegranate rubies,
nuts, egg, bacon (pretty much
whatever is in the fridge or grabs your fancy)
Well, you can switch oat flour to any
other flour (use gluten free, if needed), and use
whatever nuts you have or replace them with seeds, if you can't or don't want to use
nuts.
Having all this in mind, we can conclude that regular consumption of pistachio
nuts and
other tree
nuts is a reasonable choice for all people trying to reduce body fat,
whatever their reason might be — improving their health, a bodybuilding competition, or just looking good without clothes.
Healthy people remedy that problem by always traveling with healthy, clean snacks like slow - roasted or dehydrated
nuts, protein powder, low - sugar impact fruit with almond butter, and
other healthy foods and snacks so they never succumb to
whatever sugary concoction
others might hungrily devour in an emergency.
You can seriously use
whatever nuts, seeds, dried fruits and
other ingredients that you have on hand in your pantry, and please don't ever be afraid to make substitutions with my recipes if you don't have a particular ingredient on hand.

I don't really have any
other recipes, but you could keep the same ratios of some sort of
nut to some sort of protein, plus
whatever spices you want, and any dried fruit for some sweetness and a kick of energy!
For trail mix I just take a handful of
whatever nuts / seeds I have on hand and mix it up with raisins or
other dried fruit.
