To shy away from processed bread, you may try whole grain buns or whole

This is best enjoyed with some crispy toasted whole

wheat, rye, barley, spelt and even oats, all gluten containing grains, for a while until your digestion and immune system improves.
If you must eat

flat breads made with only with a high quality wholemeal flour, water and salt, that way you avoid any added sugar and yeast.
