based cooking and have never used vital
wheat gluten... is there a substitute I can use such as all chickpea
flour?
Cream of Chicken soup substitute 1 3/4 cup cool water 5 TBS white bean
flour (small white beans grinded in
wheat grinder - on coarse setting) 2 garlic cloves, minced Approx. 3 TBS Chicken - Like Seasoning or 1 1/2 TBS Soup
base... to taste (I usually use a little of both until I reach the desired taste)
Experiment by substituting whole
wheat or oat
flour for up to half of the
flour in pancake, waffle, muffin or other
flour -
based recipes.
The whole
wheat base can be swapped for spelt or gluten free
flour, then it's all topped with detoxing broccoli stem pesto, kale and asparagus with some lemon.
Most ancient grains maintain a high nutritional profile, especially if you compare it to common bleached
wheat flour that makes up the
basis of our standard American diet.

flours» for many of our recipes.
I used a combo of white & whole
wheat flour plus 1 tsp baking powder
based on the comments.
You can't really exchange any non-gluten
flour cup - for - cup with
wheat -
based all - purpose
flour, because every gluten - free
flour has a different weight per cup.
You can make this
based on
wheat flour too.
Also I've used them to make a yeast bread that combines sprouted red
wheat flour with some sprouted oat
flour... a recipe
