As I know it's difficult to find
gluten free oats anywhere because they technically don't contain
wheat.
I have yet to find a
gluten free, corn
free rice cereal that isn't manufactured on or around equipment that also manufactures
wheat.
It's not
gluten free, so I knew I had to make a version of it that would be friendly to those like me (not intolerant but I try to keep it out of my diet whenever possible) or anyone else allergic to
wheat products.
Their Crunchy Chocolate Chip, Crunchy Double Chocolate, Crunchy Sugar Crisp, and Crunchy Vanilla Honey Graham cookies are
free of
wheat and
gluten, as well as the rest of the top eight allergens.
