meal can always be substituted for another type of nut flour, or even whole
wheat flour if you're not
gluten free, and arrowroot can be sub'd for cornstarch if you don't have that or tapioca!

wheat flour for the almond
meal / brown rice / oat combo.

What I would encourage any of you dealing with inflammation or who feel extremely bloated after a
meal with
wheat in it is to try to avoid
gluten and see if your body feels different.
Vegans and vegetarian over Thailand can eat
gluten normally in daily
meal, by the Chinese intellect of extract protein from
wheat (
gluten) which has known for thousands years.
(Seitan is made from kneaded and boiled
wheat gluten, and is a hearty protein to add to vegetarian
meals.
Just keep in mind that it's probably not a good idea to eat it all at once... I have to say this bread taste so gooood that I have done this once; — RRB - Even though this bread is free of
wheat, grain,
gluten, refined sugar and toxic oils, it should be just a «filler» not your main
meal.
