Although I love the sprouted whole
wheat, I wanted a more classic
pita that was tender and fluffy, with a pocket perfect
for peeling apart and baking into crunchy
chips.
I know it's traditional to serve with
pita chips, but I'm trying to lay off the processed carbs
for summer, and carrots were perfect (and so were the
Wheat Thins).
Serve it with whole -
wheat pita chips — and cross your fingers there are leftovers
for sandwiches and wraps.
