Even at my local Whole Foods, all the sunflower
seed packages say they're processed
on the same equipment as
wheat.
Spread some peanut butter, almond butter or sunflower
seed butter
on whole
wheat bread with a jam made from 100 percent fruit.
I usually do coconut milk, frozen fruit, OJ, plain Greek yogurt... Then I add
wheat germ, chia
seeds or a protein powder
on a rotation.
