When it was new I did have
a wheel balance problem which was fixed by the dealer at no charge.
A high speed vibration is typically caused by
a wheel balance problem.

All you have to do is get the right
balance of pressure on the
wheel and you'll have no
problem getting a sharp edge.
If you can not feel the vibration in the steering
wheel it is unlikely that the
problem will be related to
wheel balance or alignment.
Balancing the tires won't cure the
problem, if you're capable of raising the car chassis then spin each
wheel and sight across the tread, the lump will be visible in the damaged tire.
The only way this
problem could be addressed is if the civilian customer complains to a dealership about air leakage
problems, an inability to
balance the
wheels properly, or a «nibble» or excessive vibration in the steering at speed.
