What's harder and even more effective than ab

This is a similar type of tension that's required during ab

You need to implement stability ball jackknives, stability ball and ab
wheel rollouts (my favorite), planks, side planks, cable core presses and other core stuff that works your abs effectively without wrecking havoc on your back.
Exercises like ab
wheel rollouts, hanging leg raises and weighted carries nail the abs and are essential to creating a strong core and a solid looking midsection.
Not exact matches
The
rollout is a simple exercise where you push the
wheel forward (holding the two handles on each side of the
wheel) until your body is fully extended and then you pull the
wheel to get back in the starting position.
With the main program, you now sprinkle in the proven ab exercises like the ab
wheel / stability ball
rollout, cross-body mountain climbers, etc., etc..
Is the PB
rollout just as effective as the
rollout wheel?
PB
rollout is a nice gradient to move into the
rollout wheel if you're new.
Some harder options include: planks with dumbbell rows, plank
rollouts using a
wheel, side shuffle planks, knee drive planks, plank with arm extension, plank into push - up, and rolling planks.
