I don't know about you but for me the sensible approach I would take is to ensure that when injuries occur you have players of an adequate calibre who could come in do a decent enough job... Rosicky and Walcott both looked very sharp when they came on against Sunderland and the duo almost combined to score Arsenal's winner, and I believe they both deserve to start the final League game.
