I don't quite know what I was thinking
when I bought this skirt, but I of course am more susceptible than most to the «shiny object» syndrome when shopping.
When I bought this skirt after seeing it on Sarah's Real Life, I honestly didn't know how much I would end up loving it.
I was a little hesitant

when you sit — you don't want to resemble Captain Picard, who constantly tugged his uniform.
I
bought it
when I still liked tight sweaters versus oversized sweaters, so I probably should have gone a size up... Nevertheless, it tucks into
skirts nicely.
When buying a leather
skirt make sure it is high waisted and form fitting to your body type.

When I first
bought this star print tulle
skirt, I initially pictured it with a chic body suit, a simple t - shirt, or a sequined tank and a pair of strappy heels for a fun girly party / going out look.
I am 5» 6 ″ and thin with long legs, so even
when I
buy what I think is a longer
skirt (2 - 3 ″ above the knee), it just looks short.
And I
bought another miniskirt, so I will talk about mini

I added one of my favorite maxi
skirts from Club Monaco that I

when you do not really need it, I have a drawer full of great evening things,

skirt was clearly way too big
