There is something so wonderful that happens
when you cook onions in butter.
I used raw sunflower seeds but I did write in the instructions to add salt & pepper
when cooking the onion.
I also added garlic
when cooking the onions and garnished with parmesan.

onions or apples but this is a refreshing twist since it has a much lighter and more refreshing taste.
