food type or island ecology.
The popular view that we should not eat after 6 pm is just another

when you sleep (and that
food will instead be stored as fat).

I recently had a discussion with Emma about the various

food... a lot of us really don't know who and what to listen to
when it comes to nutrition advise.
The second way this
myth probably got perpetuated is because of something called the thermic effect of
food, which basically refers to the fact that
when you digest
food, your body has to burn some calories in order to do that.
It turns out that there are tons of
myths when it comes to feeding babies first
foods — some are old wives tales, some are just out of date.
