Amazingly the
whole plant foods we consume still have microorganisms
on and in them
when we buy them in stores even though there would probably be more if we went outside and picked them fresh off a tree or out of our garden.

when looking at what people ate 200hundred years ago their sodium intake was 200 mg — 500 mg daily and so is this what the goal should be with getting natural sodium in
whole plant foods (and in mostly raw
plant food diet)?
Unfortunately,
when I gave up oils
on my
whole foods vegan
plant based diet my hair dried up, skin got so much more wrinkled and I am taken for a few years older older than I really am whereas before I looked much younger.
