(3) formation flexibility — it took 20 years for Wenger to return to a back 3 and now he can't seem to choose anything but that formation... the teams in the premiership and those we could face in the Europa will present vastly different tactics and we need to have a manager who can prepare this squad for this eventuality and have the fortitude to make the necessary adjustments throughout the season... I have seen nothing in the past 6 - 7 years to suggest that he is the man to take on this challenge... I can't even remember
when he changed formations
when he would replace a small, pacy striker, like during the Walcott experiment, with the lumbering Giroud...

If we start this season with those two in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one
of these players should still be with our club at this point because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this team for a number
of years... this is what I call the «no man's land»
of the soccer world, where teams don't have enough talented young players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund, because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore,
when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management team becomes little more than a stagnant group

of makeshift right backs and hope bellerin would maintain his earlier form and fitness... stan n`chips and co are certainly a shocking example
of contemporary football ownership but on the pitch its all down to wenger and his delusions
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch
of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all
of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because
of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never
played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming
play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said
position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention
of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back
when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then
played until he suffers his first injury, if and
when that occurs he should be shipped -
out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any
of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average players on their bench
playing the same
position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure
of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez
of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
Mertz should never have been our captain in the first place... who has ever heard
of a team that makes 11th hour transfer buys (Arteta & Mertz) then seemingly places those same individuals into prominent leadership
positions from the get - go... indicative
of the problems that have permeated our clubhouse for the better part
of 7 years under the Kroenke & Wenger... what is wrong with the players chosen and / or the management style
of Wenger that doesn't develop and / or encourage strong leadership from within... Mertz was the fine collecting lackey from year one... this is what happens
when you don't get world - class players because many times they want to have a voice on and off the pitch and this can't happen
when you
play for a fragile manager who has developed a coddling wage structure where everyone is rewarded for simply wearing the shirt and participating in the process... not enough balance between performance and pay, combined with the obvious favoritism shown to some players regardless
of their glaring lack
of production... remember that Ramsey has
played in
positions that make no sense considering his skill - set (
out wide) and has forced other players off the field or into equally unfamiliar
positions with little or no justification (let's remember
when you read articles about how Ramsey's goals this upcoming season being the potential X-factor for our success that this is the same individual who didn't score a goal until the final week last season)... this
of course is just one example
of many... before I hear another word from Mertz I want this club to address the fact that no former player
of any real consequence has any important role in the management structure
of this club, yet several former Gunners have expressed serious interest in just such an endeavor (Henry, Viera, Adams, Bergkamp... just to name a few legends)... there is only one answer: an extremely insecure manager!!!
Last we are a dysfunctional team, no tactics, better said yes one TACTIC and only one, no creativity from our Coach to switch tactics
when needed, players
playing out of position, darn is a long stretch to even bringing BARCA on the same sentence as WENGERS ARSENAL.

out instead
of always thinking you know best get behind Arsenal sure they are gonna have a bad day but look how many players
out and players available having to
play out of position Would Chelsea, City United be where they are if half there team were injured let's give Wenger some credit he never says
when they lose it is because
of injuries get behind him and the team we will be up there CB
«That might mean
playing Aaron Ramsey slightly
out of position, slightly right
of Francis Coquelin, who has been very impressive lately, and I'd just ask him to sit in there
when Arsenal don't have the ball.
We have Debuchy, Sanchez, Ramsey, Wilshere, Campbell, Rosicky, Chamberlain, Walcott, Welbeck... All these players have pace and work rate, as well as technical skill, but we can't tell them to press high
when they lose the ball or to bring chaos to the opponent's defence because not only do we lack cover in midfield and central defense, we also
play them
out of position.
Theo is better than you gave him credit for yet I do recognize Theo isn't the next TH14 which he was claimed to be, there are reasons why he performed at a lower level this season... most players do

When Chelsea defend free kick they don't try to
play offside in any
of the free kicks they defend and hold a more deeper
position than we did for the first goal, so Cech didn't need to come
out in Chelsea but thought he might need to on Sunday, obviously wrong choice.

When you can not beat mid teams like Hull and Tottenham at home 2) You have no track record of beating top teams who you should be competing with 3) You struggle against any decent opposition that decides to play good football and apply themselves tactically 4) A confused manager with poor tactics, playing players in wrong position, throws a blind eye when a possible solution presents itself (Fabregas) and makes no move or poor moves in the market when he does GUYS to be honest we are at risk of losing out on 4th place with a resurgent Man U, fighting Liverpool and decent team like Everton and Southamp

The problem is
when you have an average defensive midfielder then your backline can never be at rest.Coquelin should have started this match. Some people think he's average but I feel he's been
played out of position and being tasked with doing too much like a box to box player. How can someone who bases his game on tackling and interception lose that ability all
of a sudden and you tell me nothing's wrong but bdcause he's average. Are we fans going to ignore what is plain to us?Let's just pretend things are alright. Then after we win the cracks will be papered only for them to be exposed another day.
