dog trainers, local rescues and advocates, and offer educational programs about the importance
of spay / neuter and provide the public with information about
where they can obtain spay / neuter and the costs.
Miyuki has a
lot of energy and would need an
owner who could take her to a
dog park on a regular basis or perhaps have a nice backyard
where she can run around and play.
On the other hand, in my semi rural / ranch area, we see
lots of dogs where the
owners tell us — and sincerely believe — that their
dog is «great» with other
dogs, but closer questioning reveals that they mean the 4 other
dogs they grew up with on the ranch and the
dog in question hasn't interacted with an unfamiliar
dog in literally years.
