U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand in a radio interview Thursday said it's up to Sen. Al
Franken as to
whether he should resign as he faces allegations of groping and unwanted sexual contact from a half - dozen women.
Gillibrand last week declined to call for
Franken's resignation, saying in a WCNY interview that the ethics investigation into the allegations should be played out and that
