In the description of the DE200 planetary
ephemeris, it is pointed out that, contrary to all the other objects in the computation
which use the Solar system barycentre, the orbit of our own moon is computed relative to the Earth - Moon barycentre, because then, the orbit integration will behave nicer numerically —
which is good, as the Moon is an object of special interest.
