GFI aims for diversity
in their hires primarily through hiring practices that are intended to help them minimize the effects of bias, such as encouraging staff to score applications anonymously, using generalized ability tests, and meeting applicants only late

i have was not impress with our play, i think sanchez has been very static and too easily marked, he did not interchange
position with Ramsay or Giroud at no time, seemed to have also lost some pace,
which is fundamental
in beating a
team like united.
Arsene Wenger started the Swansea game with his fifth unchanged starting XI
in a row, but the
team surely needs some fresh legs for this crucial match,
which could seal our
position in the Top Three if we win or at least draw this weekend.
Further, the only way to put the
team in a
position to recover all of the signing bonus is to keep him on the roster through the 2020 season,
which effectively reduces the number of roster spots the
team has for the next three seasons
in order to attempt to recover money that McDowell doesn't have because the money he got was taxed and partially spent,
which makes going after the money largely a waste of time.
I like how professional German players seem to be even
in times they aren't reining world champions, I know those players wouldn't necessarily walk straight into their National
team but it is only one
position which they are all vying over so I would assume good quality will miss out.
Currently the
team can make it into top 3 without injuries to key players and consistency
in form (ai nt sure
which position exactly though.
Reid has been instrumental
in the strong start Sam Allardyce's
team have made to the 2014/15 campaign,
which currently sees West Ham sitting

position, but is known to want to test himself
in European football.
Nwakali is a forward or wing player, nothing like kante and Ramsey is a squad player for me not first
team quality, if Carzola is fit, him and xhaka would be a mouth watering fit but with Arsenals Injurie luck this seems inlikely but i wounder if the five at the back would work if we play a stubborn
team that defends, i hope Arsene would change the formation
in such games back to 4 -2-3-1 but this would require a proper rght wing
which we havent had
in years, we've had OX, Campell, Wallcot, Iwobi, Ramsey, Welbeck and Ozil play
in that
position and non of them have made it their own like sanchez has with the left wing
am tired of wenger.the man has got good skills, but somehow he fails to address basic issues
in the
team like buying a striker and a cdm
in the last summer.at one time, arsenal had good squad but had a keeper who at times committed mistakes i.e almunia.then after ozil came and arsenal were first
in december, all wenger had to do was buy a pacy striker with eye for goal.but wenger did nt so obviously and instead bought an injured kallstrom.agreed ppl fans will keep saying managers shud hav played this guy or that one and so.but
in case of wenger, its abt ignoring
team issues t (to prove a point he can win without listening to critics and the fans
which he never will), and then playing players out of form, out of
position, and buying players that do nt fit ur style like giroud!!
It's obvious for me that arsenal need 4 players to become a world class
team like bayern and real madrid i couldn't dare mention barcelona because they have unbelievable front three and they maybe the best attack
in history of football we are lacking quality
in the ST as well as the RW of course giroud and campvell are very good players but
in my opinion they are less
in quality than the rest of the
team so we need to improve the quality
in these positins About the DM it's a number issue and i think the
position is covered with flamini doing good job and elneny coming
which can be deployed there About the fourth signing we need is a center back I don't think i saw till now enough minutes for gabriel to tell if he can make the
position his own or not But what makes me doubt him that wenger didn't choose him till now over per
which means he is not miles ahead of him so i think we need a new better CB This
team can go and fight for every thing even the champions leafue....
People criticize ramsey for staying
in advanced
position which is not his fault but rather wenger since he was defying
team orders he would be on the bench.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of
position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense
in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying
position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide
positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes
in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess
in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself
in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required
in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme
which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season,
which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling
in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national
team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points
in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis
in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself
in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him
in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive
in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of
position far too many times since arriving and that the players
in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence
in Real or the space and protection he receives
in the German National
team's midfield, where
teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived
in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components...
in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them
in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion
in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin
in that wing - back
position should we continue to use that formation...
in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often
in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and
in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this
team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place
in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this
team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
The 21 year - old is not expected to be a regular
in the first -
team, but the
position he plays
in is one
which looks
in desperate need of strengthening, and his record of 14 goals
in 60 J League outings is not one
which will excite our fans all that much.
By selecting the best players
which excludes the likes of Czech and Mustafi. They are the common denominators
in virtually all the away defeats to sides below Arsenal
in the league.I am not a lover of stats but these are the facts
which Wenger chooses to ignore. There is absolutely no point
in strengthening other parts of the
team for example by replacing Wilsh ere and continuing to play Czech and Mustafi.A
team is only as good as it's poorest player and
in Czech and Mustafi we have two of the poorest exponents
in their
positions in the Premier League.
The problem is, Koscielny is a nailed down starter, so he goes straight back
in the
team when fit,
which most likely means Gabriel dropping to the bench as Mertesacker does seem to be one of Wenger's favourites (and they always play, even if it has to be
in completely the wrong
position... they'll play).
As a matter of fact no one knows
which team will finish
in what
position at the end of the season.
i think one
position which the english
team lacks is a suitable DM and not a holding midfielder, definitely when playing the top
teams, Gerrard was
in that
position but did not have the legs, from the squad chosen i think Shelvey is the perfect man to be groomed for that specific job.
Wenger and management must be smoking same things
which we can't understand.The
position from every goober is 1 - wenger and kroenke out 2 - New manager and Usmanov
in.3 - New players
in and whoever wants to go let go and Asernal will be strong like the invincible. After all this is the weakest
team of the season
The
team we support is playing
in the fa cup semifinal
which is a knockout game and your focused on a Chelsea game no offence mate but you need to get your priorities straight I get the game has significant consequence on our league
position both sat and the end of the season but weather you watch it or not it wont change the outcome of there match so focus everything on our game and watch arsenal and then if you care that much watch the repeat later
But we all know wengers gonna play Ozil out of
position on the wing to unbalance the
team offensively and defensively with no no10
in midfield and jack and aaron together
which has been a worse than sh*t formation and midfield pairing so far this season.
Their place
in Europa League goes to the next non qualifying
team based on league
position which could still be us if Burnley finish 6th and us 7th...... I think!
He has already informed them that he will not be re-signing with the
team when he reaches free agency
in 2018,
which puts the Pacers
in a terrible
position.
If he is interested like some of our targets both
in ST & DM
position which would've & could still be an upgrade over what we have you don't take your time you go for it before they change there mind or
in the case of Pedro with Man U another
team comes and simply lay down $ $ $ without thinking too much (it is also a way to show how much you need & value the player.
