while huge brakes on both axles bring the action to a stop with no fuss.

While that should be enough to give the Focus a
huge advantage, the SEAT's surprising performance is such that around a circuit there's not a lot in it at all, and on the road the SEAT's composure (plus lighter weight and brilliant
brakes) mean there's not much in it for fun, either.
The standard

huge, with 15.9 - inch front and 13.2 - inch rear rotors; the optional carbon ceramic
brakes increase rotor sizes to 16.5 and 14.0 inches
while also decreasing weight (and unsprung mass) by some 44 pounds.
It's hard to miss the

All this straight - line performance is matched by a well - controlled suspension, quick steering and
huge brakes, and
while the F - Type can be a handful if you floor the accelerator at rest, the car is filled with electronic driver aids that can tame the beast a bit if you want them to.
