In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla and salt and slowly pour in the hot sugar mixture
while whisking constantly until incorporated.
Gradually and slowly, pour the hot milk into the egg
mixture while whisking continuously to prevent the eggs from scrambling.
Once the milk is hot and steaming but not boiling, temper the egg yolks by adding a little bit of milk into the egg
yolks while whisking constantly.
Remove the pan from the heat and immediately start pouring the cream into the caramel in a small, steady
stream while whisking constantly.
Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook on medium
heat while whisking constantly until a very thick pastry cream is formed.
Add in the rest of the cheddar cheese a little at a time
while whisking for 3 - 5 minutes or until thickened.
You can use the juice over your roast or you can make a gravy by putting it on the stove and bringing to a
boil while whisking in flour to the desired texture.
Return the mixture into the pan and continue to
cook while whisking constantly on medium - low heat, until you get a uniform and thick cream.
Add the brown rice syrup, honey, coconut oil, and cashew butter to a small sauce pan and heat over
low while whisking continuously.
Whisk the cocoa powder and vanilla extract into the hot water, then slowly stream it into the sugar mixture
while whisking quickly.
Then slowly pour the rest of the hot milk in a thin but steady stream
while whisking with the other hand.
Heat over medium - low heat until it comes to a very gentle
simmer while whisking continuously, about 5 minutes.
Bring to a boil and
then while whisking, simmer for a minute or two until the sugar has dissolved.
Allow the cake to rest out for a
bit while you whisk all of the glaze ingredients together in a small bowl.
Set the sausage aside to cool
slightly while you whisk 6 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a very large bowl.
When the milk and cream are hot, very slowly start to pour it it over the egg
