cream cheese to make a lemon mouse
which you could then put
on top of crumbled biscuits to make a cheesecake type desert as mentioned above.
I ordered the Teddy Breizh
which was a chocolate / caramel filled crepe
topped with vanilla ice
cream,
whipped cream, and marshmallow teddy bears
on top.
