I needed this to be completely dairy - free,
so I used unsalted margarine in place of the butter and
whipped topping instead of heavy cream (people have also suggested nondairy creamer or coconut cream, but I didn't have any handy!)
I made them last night and we ate them for breakfast this morning (stored in refrigerator),
so 10 seconds in the microwave and some
whipped cream on
top for the kids.

the egg whites are
whipped till frothy — the sugar added spoon by spoon — and once white, glossy & the mixture does nt fall on
top of your head if you hold it upside down — you have success — though it does take a few minutes — ten or
so!
The smell of sweet milk was calling my name
so loud I ended up eating most of the cake straight from the plate, no cutting needed, no fancy plates or even
whipped cream on
top.

To prove that vegan pizza options are wide - ranging and
so,
so rad, I have
whipped up a list of
topping options for ten different vegan pizzas to get you started.
I couldn't decide between
topping the
whipped cinnamon goat cheese with fig jam or pumpkin butter (my two favorite autumnal spreads),
so I chose both!
A cupcake of course isn't a cupcake without some frosting
so I
topped them with a vanilla
whipped cream - cream cheese frosting and a sliced fresh strawberry on
top.
So I thought it was time to share my favorite - Strawberry White Hot Chocolate
topped with fluffy layers of quick and easy Homemade
Whipped Cream.
My mom doesn't like frosting,
so I went with a very light glaze made with fresh orange juice - or you could
top each slice with some freshly
whipped cream and the sugared cranberries.
And you need a peanut butter frosting that's firm enough to hold up to layering more cake on
top of it,
so no cream cheese or
whipped cream frosting here.
* Side note: I substituted crumbled cookies (that were dairy - free and gluten - free but not completely vegan) for the chocolate shavings on
top of the
whipped topping and I used powdered peanut butter in the

top to give it a hint Reese's when you take a bite and it's divine.
So that's what I did: added the classic holiday spices to the white chocolate - sweetened
whipped cream and piled it on
top of rich, unapologetically chocolate - y mousse.
So this recipe is my solution to that problem that I created last year and is still one of my favorites for
whipping up when I want a sprinkle of something similar to muesli or granola to use on
top of smoothies or to put in a bowl with a little almond or soy milk as a quick snack.

Much to my delight, this recipe strikes the perfect balance between them,
so you get a fluffy, moist cake with just the right amount of sweet and tart,
topped off with an airy mound of
whipped cream frosting made with a basil cream that's as fragrant as it is fresh!
Feel free to

whipped cream if you feel

So I snagged the cream cheese, some

Trying to keep it healthy, there isn't a dollop of

top - but there are juicy berries, greek yogurt and a fancy vanilla wafer
topping -
so fancy that it takes just ONE wafer to take this smoothie from «meh» to «fun!»
I was worried about the sweetness
so I bought
whipped cream for the
top but the kids drank it up
so fast I forgot the
whipped cream!!
So how about making this frozen hot chocolate
topped with shaved chocolate curls,

What makes this recipe special is its lightness: twice as much milk as cream, and the white of the egg
