Well — I just finished mixing up a batch of
the White Batter Bread and I have a couple of observations to make, and questions to ask.
The trick to getting a nice «tweed» look is not to over mix the batter as you want to see flecks of chocolate in
the white batter.
You start by making
a white batter and then unsweetened cocoa powder, ground almonds, and a little coffee are added to half the batter.
On floured surface, roll out
white batter and chocolate batter, separately, to 11» x 9» rectangles.
(The blue batter does not need to cover
