I enjoyed plating the tuna and
white bean salad over
mixed greens but you could easily skip the
mixed greens and just do a vegetable on the side.
This satisfying soup takes only minutes to prepare, thanks to a ready - made combo of leek soup
mix, kielbasa and canned
white kidney
beans alongside fresh Swiss chard.
-- 1 can
mixed beans (I used Scarpone's which was composed of a melange of red kidney
beans,
white beans, black eyed peas and chickpeas but any variety or varieties you like will work)-- 1/4 cup uncooked wild rice, cooked in veg stock until tender — 2 large stuffer mushrooms — 1/2 to 1 cup panko bread crumbs (I know this is quite the range but it really depends on the moisture content of your burgers — they won't hold together if they are too soupy)-- salt and pepper, to taste (I indulged in a healthy amount of truffle salt)

Note: If you'd like to do a miso - butterscotch drizzle, simply melt 1/2 a cup of butterscotch chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals and
mix in 1 tablespoon
white miso paste and 1 teaspoon vanilla
bean paste.
This corn and basil faro salad is also pretty wonderful if you want to add a can of
white beans (rinsed and drained) to the
mix (I would just increase the sherry vinegar a bit).
Served on top there's a humble
mix of sautéed kale,
white beans and mushrooms if you have them.

white beans and tomatoes are added to the
mix.
This vegan pot pie is filled with a delicious and creamy
mix of
white beans, fresh kale, carrots and celery.
Combine steamed asparagus, tomatoes,
white beans and seasonings, and serve over a bed of
mixed greens for a chilled
bean side dish that's great for summer entertaining.
Roast Mushroom & Baby Bean Salad ---------------------- 1 1/4 lb mushrooms (I used a

bean extract, vino cotto and honey.

white beans, and then fill the rest of the jar with
mixed greens.

Kale is delicious, and even more delicious when
mixed up with lots of garlic,
white beans, basil, and crunchy little sunflower seeds.

I subbed one can of
white beans for a can of hominy and added a couple of red peppers to the
mix with the onion.
One thing that might help is to use a
mix of
white beans and chickpeas, since chickpeas generally tend to be a bit firmer.
