It turns
out that while all
bread is best kept to a minimum, whole wheat and sourdough
breads are quite a bit less implicated than
white ordinary ones.
I tried 1/2 wheat flour and 1/2
white flour and tried instant yeast (which apparently I've been using the
bread machine before) and didn't work
out so well.
If you press the baguette firmly with fingers, the egg
white will not get leaked
out at the bottom of the

I am not telling you to go

You can always substitute whatever
bread you like for this, but we tried this recipe with brioche, country
white bread, and sourdough and the brioche won
out when the cubes are larger like this.
